More than a year in development and field testing, modular chiller systems provide new levels of flexibility, serviceability and value. Compact modules are field-assembled in tight equipment rooms, outdoor pads or on rooftops. As process requirements change, simply add modules, up to ten modules per bank. Options include pumpimg modules, free-cooling modules and glycol feed systems. Modular chillers can be equipped for using the ChillerNET web-based monitoring and control system.

  • Front access condenser strainer cleaning eliminates costly service.
  • Industrial construction throughout. This is not a commercial grade chiller, but one designed for continual use.
  • Master/Slave control system. Module controller can run independently.
  • Single-point electrical and piping connections. Modules are connected using conduit from Master Panel.
  • Many compressor and heat exchanger choices as appropriate for specific operating environment.
  • Headers have blow-down ports and service valves to remove any sediment in the headers.

Front-access strainer eliminates costly service. Simply turn two valves, open the Victaulic access flange and pull out the stainless steel strainer. Service can be performed while the system is operating, and by non-technical personnel.

HIGH POWER IN SMALL SPACES!

Recip modules are only 22" wide. Screw compressor modules are 32" wide. Service components are readily accessible by removing easy access enclosure panels. Shell & tube models are longer.

Chiller modules are assembled on-site. Adding chilled water capacity is straight forward and lower cost.

CONTROLS - Systems can be equipped with analog or microprocessor controls with remote diagnostics.
COMPRESSORS - Scroll, reciprocating and screw compressors provide models from 30 to 120 HP per module.
HEAT EXCHANGERS - Standard brazed plate evaporators and condensors. Shell and tube exchangers are optional.
FILTER SERVICE - Innovative easy-access-filter allows non-technical personnel to perform routine service in minutes.
MODULES - All modules are fully charged and run-tested under load prior to shipment. Connections include single-point electrical and rolled groove couplings for piping.
